Tell Talley's workers you support them

1000 MWU members who work for AFFCO Talleys have been trying to get a fair agreement for a year now. Their old agreement expired a year ago and with new employment laws coming in on 6^th March, your show of solidarity right now is just what they need to make another push.

Talleys are not nice people they are bullies and live off peoples hard labours with no consideration for fair pay for an honest days work.All they want is to work you till your body starts to break down and you get injured then pffft your gone and the next in line takes your job until they too succumb to the pain of their labours.

Union negotiate fair working conditions and a living wage …how is that unreasonable?

Its a ageless problem. The owners of the estates and industrial plants, view the workers who make the money for them with disdain. We are the 99%.

Workers are the lifeblood of the nation and should never be compromised by Management’s pursuit of “efficiences” that simply see families crumble and the social fabric of the community torn to shreds. The Union is the ony thing that keeps this situation from getting a lot worse than it already is. I wish you all the best for this push against these odious “divide and conquer” tactics. Real Kiwis stand up for their fellow countrymen and women, and should enjoy fair conditions and fair pay – that’s why I’m standing with you on this – there is no other option.

Talleys see workers as a necessary evil, there only to be exploited. Solidarity and community support is the way to beat them. Time for a consumer boycott on selected Talleys product? hit this most anti worker and anti union business where it hurts.
