There comes a time when we have to say enough.
When workers are treated like chattels with no right to have any say - we should say enough.
When workers are getting hurt at work because of increasing demands - we should say enough.
When workers are denied a collective voice - we should say enough.
When rights to be represented are challenged by ill informed supervisors - we should say enough.
When workers face demands to destroy what little job security they have - we should say enough.
When workers have to sign company imposed individual agreements if they want to work - we should say enough.
When any criticism is met with threats and sanctions - we should say enough.
Postscript : When an employer applies to end the bargaining for a collective agreement using the Government's brand new laws - we should say enough.
And we should say it is Talley's.
It is time.
